IT’S TIME TO CHANGE!
“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1


It’s a new year; a new season…a time for change. To everything there is a
season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. It is a time for change.
Look around, time is at hand. It is a time for change for individuals and a time
for change for the body of Christ. This is a time for stepping up to new levels;
To take off the Christian diapers; get rid of the Christian bottle; let go of
the Christian blanket….drop off the excuses of ‘not yet,’ and ‘I’m trying.’ It
is time for ‘Right now!’ ‘Yes I am!’ and ‘I won’t quit!’
It’s time for change!

This is not a season for taking our time, and moving real slow. This is a season
for taking control. We don’t need to get pushed up to another level, we must
step up; leap up and jump up. There are situations in the world which seem to be
spinning out of control. It is time for some absolutes (unconditional,
unlimited, pure, definite, unmovable, firm, and unquestionable), decisions to be
made, steps to be taken, commitments to be completed. There needs to be some
steps taken in our walk, where we refuse to allow ourselves to go anywhere but
forward and upward. It’s time for change!

To change is to transform, convert, adjust, and alter. No more compromising; no
more excuses; no more apologies for not doing what we should; no more justifying
why we haven’t moved forward. There is no time to blame others or to blame
situations. Change doesn’t happen until we change our minds; change doesn’t
happen when we are comfortable being the same. Change doesn’t take place if we
are afraid of the unfamiliar, the unknown and the unusual.

Change means ‘not the same!’
